We are lawyers trained in the practice of remediation: a method that seeks solutions preserving the relationship, in the long-term settings of working life and higher education.
We have conducted some two thousand remediations. Not all of them succeeded, but each moved the line: knowing your fundamental rights, setting out a situation usefully, hearing other views, making a decision objective, finding a solution people can accept.
